Originally destined to be shown on BBC's Omnibus programme but it was never broadcast. It contains footage from the band on stage and in the studio as well as interviews at home. The second part of the video has the fantasy tale "The Pirate" featuring Stone Monkey.

Released in 1974, it featured the ISB alongside The Royal Opera at Covent Garden,
the Band of the Scots Guards and the Wandsworth School Choir. It showed the band
rehearsing Heron’s long piece “Ithkos”, at their cottages near Peebles in Scotland,
and then performing part of the epic in concert.
